The Placement Cell is 100% dedicated in locating job opportunities for its students by keeping in touch with and inviting reputed firms to conduct the recruitment process on the campus. Since its inception, the number of students placed has been rising with each passing year.

The Training and Placement Cell at SSIPS Raipur is a section of Student Support and Guidance that focuses on assisting students in developing their skills and obtaining job opportunities. The Institute is delighted to have this opportunity to invite potential employers to observe and evaluate our students' competency, skills, and talent before hiring them into their prestigious organisations.
- Communication skills training, email etiquette, phone etiquette training, and listening skills training transform employees and instil an attitude that is required to represent the organisation in the global business world.
- Industrial experts participate in these activities such as Seminars and Workshops. Students are given pre-placement training by arranging training courses at Professional Institutes.
- SSIPS Raipur places a greater emphasis on building long-term relationships with businesses.
- Experts and well-known academic and corporate personalities will deliver lectures. This is to provide students with exposure, practical experience, and industry knowledge.
- Deliverance of Motivational Speeches Organize guest speakers, such as senior corporate executives and most importantly, interactions with Alumni, to promote career counselling.
- Engaging with assessment and hiring portals such as aspiring minds, Freshersworld, First Naukri etc. to provide a broad spectrum of job opportunities to the students.
- Many students are assigned to an internship with a different organisation. It is a required component of the program's curriculum and is designed to give students exposure to how organisations work as well as the opportunity to apply what they've learned to real-world business problems. Through this route, several organisations have made Pre-placement offers to students.
