Rules & Regulations

  • Students should arrive at College by 8:50 a.m. Classes are held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The University requires a minimum of 75% attendance for the Semester/ Yearly Exam.
  • All students must wear a proper uniform with shoes and keep their identity cards with them at all times.
  • According to the Supreme Court of India, ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
  • Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited in classrooms, labs, workshops and in other places.
  • The college campus is a no-smoking and no-alcohol zone.
  • Students’ behaviour, both inside and outside the College grounds, must be decent and befitting of the Educational Institute.
  • Students must park their vehicles in the designated area.
  • Because this is an environmentally friendly campus, plastic and other trash should be disposed of in waste paper baskets or trash cans only.
  • Students are prohibited from organising or attending meetings in the college, distributing notices, collecting money and exhibiting banners, ads, posters etc without the permission of the Principal.
  • Political/organizational activities are prohibited on campus, with the exception of social activities specifically permitted or sponsored by the College authorities.
  • Students should make a concerted effort to speak in English in order to improve their communication skills.
  • Making a nuisance or using abusive language in classrooms, buses, labs, or libraries will result in severe disciplinary action.
  • Students are required to keep their valuables in safe custody.
  • Participation in Inter-Collegiate Programs within or outside of the city is contingent on parental consent.
  • Laptops and computers may only be used for ‘ACADEMIC PURPOSE.’
  • Any unhealthy relationships between students that jeopardise their academic performance, infringe on their personal space, or jeopardise the College’s reputation will be strictly enforced.
  • Students should stay informed of the instructions issued to them via Notices, Circulars, and eMail

General Rules & Regulations

Fees

  • Students are encouraged to pay their fees and other obligations on time. If the students do not comply, severe disciplinary action may be taken.
  • Once fees have been paid, they will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Caution money will be refunded only if the full term courses are completed and the original fee receipt is presented.
  • Transfer Certificates (TC) will be issued only after all outstanding debts have been satisfied.
  • Before enrolling in the course, students should determine their financial support.

Admissions

  1. Students must bring original marksheets (10th/12th/Graduation) as well as other documents required at the time of admission, along with a xerox copy for verification.
  2. Regular students must complete and submit the University enrolment form.
  3. The application must be in the prescribed format, with all columns correctly and legibly filled in with black/blue ink.
  4. Students are asked to provide their correct address and phone number. Any changes should be communicated to the authority in writing as soon as possible.
