The Institute is managed by Shri Gangajali Education Society (SGES), Bhilai, constituted under provision of statute 28, framed under M.P. Vishwavidhyalaya Adhinium 1973 and the AICTE Act. This body comprises of representatives of the society, nominees of the University, nominees of AICTE and the State Government of Chhattisgarh. The Director of the Institute is the ex-officio member secretary of the governing body.

The management is conscious and aware of the needs, demands and expectations of the corporate world and so organizes seminars and development program on a regular basis. The management keeps a flexible perspective for progress and development of the Institutes.
